Update: Match postponed due to wet weather.
Collegians and De La Salle go head-to-head in the Harrigan Premiership for the first time this season when they play their Round 3 washout this Saturday at Collegians Sporting Complex.
De La have posted three wins from their opening four matches, including Wests and two wins over Corrimal. An upset loss to Dapto is the only blight on an otherwise promising start to the season.
For their efforts so far, their opponents, Collegians, have had two narrow wins over Dapto and losses against Thirroul and Wests.
Last year, the two teams developed a fierce rivalry, securing two wins each. However, Collegians had the last laugh, emerging victorious over the Shire boys in the semi-final.
The Lower Grades
On Friday night, Berkeley Eagles host Wests in the Harrigan Plate and Shield competitions in a doubleheader at Berkeley Sports. Both games are catchups from Round 5 washouts.
Collegians, who have yet to record a win this season, face Helensburgh on Saturday afternoon in a postponed Round 3 Harrigan Plate game.
Also on Saturday afternoon, Harrigan Shield ladder leaders Figtree and Avondale Greyhounds, who have yet to taste defeat, will face off at Dandaloo Oval. Elsewhere, Windang will host Norths. Both matches are from Round 3 washouts.
